I finally figured out how to create cwcheats using Cheat Engine for the PPSSPP emulator. Just replace the code with one from your game ~ you can find this info in ppsspp at game screen(the one you activate by holding game icon on touch screen or right clicking it on desktops) or in window titlebar if you're unsure.
